Fried salmon and scallops with mushrooms and tomatoes


Portions for 1 serving:

4oz salmon filet cut in 1"x1" squares

4oz small scallops

5 fresh mushrooms

1 tomato

Corn oil


Rice spaghetti

Soy sauce



Heat up the wok (or a ceramic pan) and add the oil.

First fry the mushrooms then the salmon. When the pieces of fish are grilled on one side, turn them over, add the scallops and then the tomato cut in dices.

Powder with paprika after a few minutes.

Serve with rice spaghetti and soy sauce.
